Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living seeks compassionate caregivers to deliver personalized resident care during night shifts. You will engage with residents, support daily activities, and document care plans using eHR systems.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and a proven ability to connect with seniors. Full-time, Tue-Sat, 10pm-6am, with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Full Time Availability Needed, Tuesday thru Saturday (10pm - 6am)

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized resident care in line with each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with personal care services (bathing, dressing, bathroom, grooming).
• Assist residents with mobility, including escort and transfers.
• Assist with housekeeping (making beds, kitchen and bathroom cleaning).
• Utilize eHR and other systems to track and deliver care.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director.

Ultimate responsibility: Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.

Other primary responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
• Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
• Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
• Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements
