Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver personalized resident care and build meaningful relationships with seniors. You will work closely with a dedicated team to understand each resident’s unique needs and care plan.

The role emphasizes direct care, observation of safety, and accurate documentation through eHR systems, with full-time hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience interacting with and relating to seniors.
• Meets licensing and background requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Full-time availability required, weekends 2pm–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming.
• Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer.
• Assist residents with housekeeping, such as making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
• Continuously use eHR and other systems to track and deliver care per each resident’s plan.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director.

• Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Full Time Availability Needed, Weekends Included (2pm - 10pm)
