Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Journeyman MBSE Systems Engineer to support the Future Advanced Capability (FAC) PMA-228 program at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. Location is on-site; Top Secret/SCI eligible security clearance and US citizenship are required.

You will apply engineering principles to design, test, and evaluate military weapons systems, develop MBSE models using UML/SysML, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to inform key technical decisions

Qualifications

Technical BS or BA degree required.
Minimum 2 years of MBSE-focused systems engineering experience.
Experience with MBSE tools: Cameo Suite and related tools.
US citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

Apply engineering principles to design, test, and evaluate military weapons systems.
Review and prepare engineering analyses, reports, and change proposals.
Perform system integration, configuration management, QA testing, and resource management.
Analyze and develop software, components, or systems for engineering requirements.
Apply MBSE practices and build architecture models to inform decisions.
Assess digital thread MBSE across lifecycle.
