Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related office productivity tools
• Understanding of basic Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong business acumen: ability to relate professionally inside the work environment

Responsibilities

• Utilize MBSE tools to define system architectures and behaviors for Navy systems
• Identify and implement modern digital engineering solutions to traditional engineering processes
• Support system requirements development and management, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve system models using SysML and scripting languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts
• Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support reviews and deliverables
• Interest in growing into a full-time position after graduation
