You will work closely with contractors and government stakeholders to ensure safety, reliability, and performance, and you will document decisions across USG and OEM interfaces.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with SysML/UAF/UPDM and MBSE tools.
• Progressive engineering experience in aerospace systems and MBSE.
• Knowledge of Army rotorcraft design and airworthiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Capture and decompose architectures using MBSE aligned with CPE testing strategy.
• Coordinate with contractors, military stakeholders, and airworthiness authorities.
• Diagnose and resolve design decisions affecting requirements and integration.
• Document system designs and communicate with USG and OEM stakeholders.
• Identify risks in MBSE processes and quantify them for mitigation.
• Monitor MBSE data and optimize model-based designs for reviews.
