Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer III - MBSE Model Manager in Centennial/ Louisville, CO. You will own and govern the system model, ensuring it serves as the authoritative source of truth across the development lifecycle.

You will lead MBSE activities, define operation concepts, manage requirements traceability, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, verifiable system solutions. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in systems engineering/MBSE.
• Experience with MBSE tools and model governance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the system model as the authoritative source of truth.
• Align and connect subsystems via top-down decomposition and traceability.
• Lead MBSE activities across the lifecycle and verify system functionality.
• Define and document system concepts of operation.
• Support milestone reviews with model-derived artifacts and documentation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
