Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in systems engineering.
• Knowledge of MBSE principles and lifecycle.
• Experience with MBSE tools and model governance.
• Requires Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the system model as the authoritative source of truth.
• Develop and decompose system requirements and architectures in MBSE environment.
• Define and document system concepts of operation and verification strategies.
• Manage model access, version control, and change control processes.
• Support milestone reviews with model-derived artifacts and analysis.
• Identify technical risks and contribute to mitigation and continuous improvement.
