The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, architecture and lifecycle management, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.

The candidate should bring 6+ years in systems engineering, advanced MBSE and modeling proficiency, and experience with DOORS, Cameo, or MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Practical knowledge of multiple Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Knowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and V&V principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management efforts.
• Take on significant project responsibilities and guide junior engineers.
• Demonstrate expertise in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to drive project success.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
