Boeing is seeking a contracted MBSE/system engineering lead to support system architects, SMEs, and stakeholders in implementing and managing MBSE for the program. The role requires collaboration across engineering disciplines on-site and strong communication skills.
The position emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, applying MBSE tools, and ensuring interfaces, risk, and verification plans are integrated into the MBSE model. U.S. Secret clearance is required.
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
The selected individual will support system architects, engineering SMEs, and other stakeholders in implementing, developing and managing the MBSE approach for the program, in coordination with the System Engineering team and program leadership. The ability to work and lead in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written, and verbal communications skills are essential.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
85 - 95 USD hourly
