Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in St. Louis seeks a Lead Systems Integrator (Level 4) to drive the design, integration, and testing of cloud-based mission planning, debrief, and tactical C2 Ground Systems for a fixed-wing program.

You will lead cross-functional teams of systems and electrical engineers, mentor staff, apply MBSE, and collaborate with customers to meet program milestones while operating under a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 7+ years related work experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years defining system architecture and requirements or verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of engineers in behavior modeling and requirements decomposition for system, sub‑system, and software design.
• Drive integrated solutions and advocate for quality and consistency across the overall ground system design.
• Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for Ground Systems.
• Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to document designs and provide traceability to project requirements.
• Partner with solution leads to develop and own execution plans to program milestones.
• Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams that have significant interdependencies with ground systems.
