Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an MBO Operations & Analytics Manager to lead analytics, automation, and day-to-day MBO operations. You will own the digital MBO engine, integrate data across systems, and develop scoring and dashboards for leadership visibility.

The role emphasizes building AI-enabled approaches, self-service reporting, and close collaboration with business owners across lines of business to ensure timely and accurate scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years in business/data analytics, systems administration, FP&A, or operations roles involving performance management or scorecards.
• Experience with data integration, validation, and dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Tableau); experience with Varicent or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience building AI-assisted tools or portals for internal business processes (low-code/AI platforms such as Gemini or Codex).
• Strong process orientation with the ability to design workflows and exception-management logic, not just execute existing ones.
• Effective communicator able to work directly with business owners on data and process issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated validation of MBO data submissions across business units.
• Own data integration across source systems (e.g., Varicent) and downstream scorecards for target-setting and evaluation cycles.
• Develop and maintain the scoring engine and dashboards for real-time leadership visibility.
• Build self-service capabilities for executives to access standard reports and status updates.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-enabled approaches to improve MBO efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day MBO system setup and maintenance, including scorecard configuration.
• Support data collection and score calculation for quarterly and semi-annual cycles with business owners.
