Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to drive data strategy, analytics, and operational insights for the MX division. The role focuses on data‑driven decision making, performance optimization, and implementing agentic AI to enhance consumer and competitor insights.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience communicating insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

6+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, with telecom experience.
Proficient in SQL for querying, Excel, and BI platforms; familiarity with agentic AI is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, CS, finance or related field; Master's preferred.
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Mobile product sales analysis to identify trends and inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable, governed data products.
Support integration of agentic AI applications to improve insights.
Analyze internal and external environments to identify risks and opportunities.
