The role designs programs, measures outcomes, coordinates resources, and collaborates with Graduate and Online Programs, faculty, alumni and employers to deliver high-impact experiences for MBA students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience in student services or related field; Master’s may substitute for one year.
• Experience planning student-facing events or programs with measurable goals and outcomes.
• Experience providing career services, employment services, or corporate engagement activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook; Copilot.
• Outstanding oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, programs and timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of co-curricular and extracurricular MBA experiences.
• Assess market trends and student needs; design innovative programs and initiatives.
• Secure and coordinate resources; establish procedures and practices.
• Oversee program delivery and develop metrics to evaluate impact.
• Collaborate across Graduate and Online Programs and partner with faculty, alumni, employers and community partners.
