Job summary

The University of Missouri-Columbia's MBA Programs Office is hiring a Program Manager II, MBA Student Success & Professional Development to support MBA and specialized master's students with coaching, advising, and career development.

Reporting to the Director, the role collaborates with faculty, alumni, employers, and university partners to enhance the student experience, track outcomes, and coordinate programming and events. Evening/weekend work may be required for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in student success coaching, advising, or higher education administration.
• Experience collecting and reporting student outcomes and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide student success coaching and advising for MBA and specialized master's students.
• Develop and deliver professional development and career readiness programming.
• Manage student data, outcomes tracking, and program assessments.
• Coordinate events, orientation, and engagement activities for graduate business students.
