MBA Transformational Student Experience Manager

The MBATransformational Student Experience Manager is responsible for strategic development, management and continuous enhancement of the co-curricular and extracurricular experiences that enrich the value proposition of the Carson College of Business MBAprograms. This role ensures that transformational learning opportunities complement academic programs, strengthen student engagement, support professional development and contribute to positive student and alumni experience.
Responsibilities include assessing market trends and student needs; designing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives; securing and coordinating resources; establishing operational procedures and practices; overseeing program delivery; and developing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and student impact. The position is responsible for measuring, analyzing and communicating the success of transformational student experiences for enrolledMBAstudents.
The manager collaborates extensively across functional areas within the office of Graduate and Online Programs and partners with faculty, alumni, employers, service providers, university and community partners to deliver high-impact experiences that enhance student success and program competitiveness.
This is a full-time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
$4,062 - $6,092 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
