Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of related professional experience.
• Experience in consultative sales, business development, corporate or executive recruiting, or other relationship-driven environments.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with senior leaders and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and candidate engagement across the EMBA program.
• Develop and maintain a strong EMBA enrollment pipeline.
• Plan and execute events and market engagement to generate leads.
• Assess candidates and participate in admissions discussions.
• Use CRM data to analyze pipeline trends and improve recruitment strategies.
