Republic Services offers a 10-week MBA Internship Program placing first-year MBA students across locations nationwide. Interns participate in structured rotations in Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration, delivering strategic projects under a program manager and mentor.

The experience provides executive exposure and a potential path to full-time roles, including GMAP. Eligibility requires being in the first year of an accredited MBA and committing to a full-time internship
