Job summary

Republic Services is offering an MBA Internship Program, a 10-week paid internship that provides hands-on exposure to field operations and strategic projects. Interns rotate through Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Admin, delivering project outcomes to stakeholders and learning to influence financial decisions.

Eligible candidates are first-year MBA students who can commit to a full-time, 10-week program starting in June.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
• Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
• Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
• Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
