Republic Services' MBA Internship Program offers a 10-week paid opportunity for first-year MBA students to gain hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work, with placements across the country and mentorship from a dedicated program manager.

Participants rotate through Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration, deliver project outcomes, analyze business processes, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current MBA student in good standing
• Commit to full-time 10-week internship starting in June

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
• Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
• Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
