Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an MBA Rotation Program Manager in Ridgefield, CT to lead a multi-rotation development track within the Human Pharma Commercial function. This role offers learning-by-doing experiences, exposure to diverse departments, and sponsorship from BI executives during two to three years of rotations.

Candidates should have a graduate degree (MBA preferred) and at least three years of business experience, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited institution; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience engaging with local and global business leaders.
• Minimum of three years business experience; rotation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Experience leading projects (Project Management Skills).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and databases.
• Foreign language skills (German and French) a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of project assignments to demonstrate cumulative learning and as a basis of discussion for future assignments.
• Partner with business leadership and internal team members to identify and analyze business needs and provide innovative recommendations/solutions.
• Organize projects and activities; prioritizing efforts by market need and/or greatest financial impact.
• Performs all company business in accordance with all regulations (EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policies + procedures.
• When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management.
• Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BIPI/BI USA´s excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical communities.
