Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans for the One-Year and Evening MBA programs in collaboration with Academic Operations, Recruitment, and Professional Development/Career Management.
• Manage budgets for the programs, forecasting costs, approving expenditures, and monitoring balances.
• Oversee MBA Admissions decisions and communications with admitted students.
• Provide academic advising to MBA students, including dual degrees and certificates.
• Supervise a direct report and two student workers; coordinate engagement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed student records in eSMS and ensure data-driven program improvements.
