Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Banner, Canvas, Rapport, HubSpot.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Budget management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for MEM students and connects them with resources.
• Manages orientation, arrival, and logistics for MEM students each fall.
• Supports engagement with alumni, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Plans and executes MEM program events, travel, venue, catering, and communications.
• Maintains databases for student records, program information, and alumni contacts.
• Coordinates the MEM Conrades Fellowship application and selection process.
• Manages logistics for MEM internship projects and guest speakers.
• Collaborates with MEM leadership to support program needs and governance.
