Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business seeks a Senior Program Manager, MBA Program on a fully in-person basis in Chicago. The role leads day-to-day operations, advising, and student engagement for the MBA program, partnering with faculty and graduate directors to ensure student success throughout the degree path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep commitment to student success and a student-centered philosophy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students to answer program questions 1:1 or in groups.
• Advise students and schedule meetings to align with their timelines.
• Review degree progress and confirm graduation plans and audits.
• Develop and implement MBA program plans and enrollment strategies.
• Manage enrollment and retention, including yield and communications.
• Foster community and engagement through evening events.
• Coordinate with Graduate Program Directors to support program success.
• Market programs via info sessions, social media, and events.
• Troubleshoot admissions issues with enrollment management systems.
• Assist admissions decisions through ad hoc reviews.
• Support students and staff, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Review tuition awards and coordinate with Financial Aid quarterly.
