Qualifications

• Minimum a college/university degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Experience with student programs, extracurricular activities, or education environment preferred.
• Bookkeeping or budget management experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Advises and coordinates sessions for Chicago Business Fellows program and advisory board.
• Designs and implements student trips and travel.
• Supports programming for career-focused, special interest, and student groups.
• Plans and executes quarterly graduation, family programs, and student leader events.
• Manages annual student awards and budget planning for programs.
