Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date after the internship/co‑op ends.
• Experience delivering impact across an organization — e.g., internship or full‑time experience in strategy, business operations, or cross‑functional roles at a tech company.
• Demonstrated experience designing/building/implementing solutions leveraging Machine Learning, AI, or automation technologies.
• Structured problem solving with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consumer Group senior leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex challenges and drive growth.
• Collaborate with platform leaders to influence operating and strategic planning decisions and priorities.
• Provide analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements and ensure rigorous execution.
• Learn and scale internal/external best practices across CG.
• Shape and manage CG’s operating rhythm as part of the leadership team.
