Medline’s MBA Internship Program offers graduate students a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while developing analytical and leadership skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This 12-week summer internship is designed to immerse professionals within our Inventory Management organization, tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that influence key business decisions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA, M.S., etc.).
• 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver a meaningful project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance
• Develop processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data. Build KPIs to track their impact
• Analyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and financial supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
