Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA Degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify meaningful workforce insights and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking or market research to inform internal strategy and drive business decision-making.
• Deliver a high-impact project that influences HR or business decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings.
