Job summary

The Recruitment Specialist at the University of Maine Maine Business School will focus on recruiting for the MaineMBA and graduate business programs while supporting undergraduate recruitment efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, marketing, student services, or relationship management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of audiences.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for prospective students throughout the enrollment lifecycle.
• Generate prospective graduate student interest and guide students through decision-making process.
• Support events from open houses to accepted student events, including Enhanced Business Days.
