Flowserve's MBA Future Leader Program (FLP) is a 2-year rotational program designed to accelerate MBA graduates into leadership roles across Flowserve's global organization. Participants gain hands-on experience in Business Strategy, Operations, and Portfolio/Product Management, while building a foundation for future roles in general management and enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA by Spring 2027
• STEM undergraduate background (Engineering, Science, or related)
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial, operations/supply chain, product management, or commercial roles
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strategic thinking
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations

Responsibilities

• Complete two tailored rotations in areas such as Strategic Planning & Business Transformation, Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management, and Operational Excellence & Supply Chain Strategy
• Engage in enterprise-wide strategic projects and receive executive mentorship
• Participate in leadership development programming to prepare for general management roles
• Start with immersion phase including onboarding and site visits; later rotations to build broad enterprise exposure
