Flowserve’s MBA Future Leader Program (FLP) is a 2-year rotational experience designed to accelerate the development of high-potential MBA graduates into impactful leadership roles across our global organization. Participants will gain hands‑on experience in Business Strategy, Operations, and Portfolio/Product Management , while building a foundation for future roles in general management and enterprise leadership.
This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving transformation in industrial technology, and who thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments.
