Qualifications

• On track to earn MBA; graduating Spring 2027 (MBA Class of 2027).
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship now or in future.
• 3–5 years of work experience with strong financial/analytical skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen with ability to communicate to leadership audiences.
• Ability to influence decisions and work effectively in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Corporate Development and Transactions teams and support deal execution.
• Learn and support M&A, divestitures, in-licensing/out-licensing, and equity portfolio projects.
• Contribute to evaluating and executing strategic corporate initiatives.
