Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites MBA students to join a full-time, 10-week Finance Leadership Development Program Internship designed to give project ownership, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and hands-on experience supporting strategic business priorities.

As an intern, you will lead projects that help shape business decisions across the Finance function while building the skills and perspective needed to grow as a future enterprise Finance leader.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA with anticipated graduation May 2028.
• Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional or military experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
• Develop insights and recommendations that help inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
• Explore potential assignment areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, or Corporate Services.
