Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a full-time, 10-week MBA Finance Leadership Development Program Internship designed to give MBA students meaningful project ownership and hands-on experience supporting strategic finance priorities.

You will lead projects across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and other areas, interact with senior leaders, and gain leadership, analytical, and business acumen while building connections within J&J.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
• Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional or military experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities required.
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required without the need for sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa status is not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
• Develop insights and recommendations that help inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
• Explore potential assignment areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, or Corporate Services.
• Participate in live training, network with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders across the organization.
