Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites MBA students to join a full-time, 10-week MBA Finance Leadership Development Program Internship designed to give MBA students meaningful project ownership, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and hands-on experience supporting strategic business priorities.

As an intern, you will lead projects that help shape business decisions across the Finance function while building the skills and perspective needed to grow as a future enterprise Finance leader.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with anticipated graduation May 2028.
• Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
• At least 5 years of full-time professional or military experience.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI tools.
• Demonstrated leadership through prior roles or activities.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives.
• Develop insights to inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
• Explore areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, or Corporate Services.
