Johnson & Johnson invites MBA students to join a full-time, 10-week Finance Leadership Development Program Internship. You will lead projects that shape strategic finance decisions, gain exposure to senior leaders, and build skills for a future enterprise finance role.

You will work within an operating company supporting Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine, or Corporate Services, with locations in NJ/PA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a full-time MBA with anticipated graduation May 2028.
• Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional or military experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
• Develop insights and recommendations to inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
• Explore potential assignment areas such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, SCM Finance, R&D Finance, or Corporate Services.
