Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration is required.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering for costing analysis, pricing/billing strategy evaluation, risk-return assessment, contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1-3 year strategic planning, capital budgeting and projects like acquisitions and leases.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for a multi-billion-dollar debt and investment portfolio.
• Analyze current and potential markets and present findings to Executive Leadership.
