Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for its Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) in the United States. The program places you as a Financial Consultant across Finance teams to influence costing, pricing, planning, treasury, and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Personal initiative and the ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering for costing analysis, pricing/billing strategy evaluation, risk-return assessment, contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
• Provide financial support and advise operations management on maximizing financial performance and controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analyses of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1-3 year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and investments evaluations (acquisitions, technology, leases).
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis to manage debt and investment portfolios.
• Analyze current and potential markets, competitors, and disruptive trends; present findings to Executive Leadership.
