Job summary

Columbia Business School in New York seeks an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Yield to plan and execute initiatives supporting enrollment goals across MBA programs, including dual degrees and deferred admissions.

You will help attract a diverse, high-caliber student body and work closely with the Office of Admissions to deliver engaging recruitment activities and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' related experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, diplomacy and discretion.
• Familiarity with Slate and/or CRM tools; MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; hybrid work in NYC area.
• Basic data analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and yield activities for degree programs, including events in Slate and stakeholder coordination.
• Represent CBS at on-campus, off-campus, and virtual events.
• Implement communications strategy in Slate from inquiry to matriculation and support applicants.
• Liaise with Hermes Society representatives as part of Admissions and CBS student leadership.
