Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Associate Director for the MBA Student Recruitment and Admissions team to lead yield initiatives and coordinate efforts across the applicant lifecycle.

You will design and implement yield strategies, manage events and communications, and build relationships with internal partners and external networks to maximize admits and enrollments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years experience in admissions or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google apps, and CRM tools such as Slate.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate applications; travel domestically and internationally; attend and host recruiting and yield events.
• Develop and execute annual yield strategy and calendar from admission to matriculation.
• Lead yield initiative strategy; establish metrics and evaluation frameworks; use data to inform planning.
