Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Associate Director for Student Recruitment to lead yield initiatives for the Full-Time MBA program and coordinate the applicant experience from admission through matriculation.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Career Services, Academic Services, and external partners. Office presence is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Constitute a member of the Admissions Committee; coordinate applicant experience for prospective and admitted students.
• Lead yield initiative strategy and planning for the Full-Time MBA program.
• Develop and execute annual yield plans and communication to maintain candidate engagement.
• Manage events, communications, and partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Expand outreach to employers and alumni networks; maintain alumni contact records.
