Columbia Business School in New York seeks an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Yield to plan and execute initiatives supporting enrollment goals across MBA programs, including dual degrees and deferred admissions.
You will help attract a diverse, high-caliber student body and work closely with the Office of Admissions to deliver engaging recruitment activities and timely communications.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Yield supports in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment and yield initiatives to meet targeted enrollment goals across all current and future degree programs of Columbia Business School, with a primary focus on the full-time MBA, inclusive of dual degree programs, and deferred enrollment. The Assistant Director helps to attract and admit a high-caliber, diverse student body that reflects the School’s values and academic standards.
