PwC in Chicago seeks a Management Consulting - Sales, Service and Marketing - Senior Associate Intern to work with our Advisory practice on customer strategies, service design, and performance optimization.

You will support project teams, learn PwC methodologies, perform basic tasks, conduct research, and contribute to client-ready deliverables while observing professionals and gaining hands-on exposure to advisory work.

Formación

• MBA degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Intern positions require being within 1 year of MBA graduation at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Support teams in delivering client-focused solutions in sales, service, and marketing
• Participate in customer journey analysis to enhance CX
• Assist in developing customer-centric strategies to drive loyalty
• Engage in customer data management to improve service design and performance
