University of Pennsylvania's Wharton MBA Admissions team seeks an Associate Director to drive alumni yield and engagement, while leading marketing and communications across channels. The role requires strong communication, project management, and interview experience within MBA admissions.

The incumbent will collaborate with Wharton's marketing partners, manage interviews, and represent the program at events nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in admissions, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience creating digital content and managing social media.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Public speaking experience; ability to present to large in-person and virtual audiences.
• Interest in higher education and the MBA admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance MBA Admissions alumni yield program and related engagement initiatives.
• Develop admissions marketing and communications across digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with Wharton's Central Marketing & Communications and other University partners.
• Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, participate in Admissions Committee discussions.
• Represent the MBA Program at recruitment events, information sessions, and travel.
