This role helps translate portfolio priorities into clear launch plans, campaign timelines, optimization processes, stakeholder updates, and decision-ready views of performance and budget. The Director leads through planning, coordination, and follow-through rather than owning a single marketing channel. The role partners closely with leaders across Marketing's functional areas, including Performance Marketing, Content & Communications, Creative, Digital Experience, Multimedia, and Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Operations, as well as external agencies and internal stakeholders. Working under the direction of the Senior Director, the Director helps connect priorities, plans, performance insights, budget inputs, and open decisions so teams have clear direction and leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs. The role is designed to support functional leaders by creating shared visibility, clarifying ownership, and keeping work moving from planning through launch and ongoing improvement. It helps the team move from insight to action by facilitating agreement on next steps, tracking follow-through, and escalating unresolved decisions to the Senior Director when needed.
