Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Team Leader to supervise functional areas and drive production goals in our Jackson, KY facility. The role focuses on preparing daily assignments and ensuring accurate inventory while maintaining security of the area.

The incumbent will train new associates, lead teams to meet HPU targets, and coordinate overtime and weekend work as needed. Knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards is essential.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read & understand instructions and schedules.
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs. at a time.
  • Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipients.
  • Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts are required.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Knowledge of cabinet parts & quality standards.
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Must be able to pass the assessment test which will be conducted as part of the interview process.
