Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO, is seeking a full-time Mazda Service Advisor to join our guest-first service team. You will initiate services, troubleshoot problems, prepare repair orders, and maintain strong customer rapport by explaining estimates and arranging transportation.

The position requires automotive dealership Service Advisor experience and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 per year, with competitive benefits and

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoots vehicle problems by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying the problem, conducting inspections, test drives, and reviewing maintenance records.
• Prepares repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs required.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates, obtaining approval, and coordinating transportation arrangements.
