The One Price, One Person, One Hour approach provides transparent pricing and a smooth buying experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and describe vehicle features and options.
• Identify customer needs and assist in selecting vehicles that fit budget.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP or service.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Collaborate with Finance on financing options based on credit and down payment.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments, respond to internet leads.
