Job summary

Orem Mazda in Orem, UT is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. You will present finance, lease, and protection options, structure various transactions, and collaborate with sales to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong knowledge of dealer finance, excellent communication, and AFIP certification. We offer growth in Utah's premier automotive dealership with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• AFIP certification preferred or required.
• Prior automotive F&I management experience.
• Strong knowledge of dealer finance and lender programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, and protection options to customers.
• Structure retail, lease, commercial, and fleet transactions.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Ensure finance paperwork is accurate, compliant, and funded on time.
• Partner with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain AFIP certification and all required licensing.

What You'll Do

• Present finance, lease, and protection options to customers
• Sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and other protection plans
• Structure retail, lease, commercial, and fleet transactions
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships
• Ensure finance paperwork is accurate, compliant, and funded on time
• Partner with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Maintain AFIP certification and all required licensing

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive F&I Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and lender programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• AFIP certification is a plus
