Premier Aerospace Group NY LLC is actively seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate multi-axis Integrex systems and produce aerospace components to tight tolerances. You will set up tooling, verify toolpaths, and run live-tooling operations from engineering prints to inspection.

Strong problem-solving and meticulous documentation are essential for high quality and throughput. The role requires hands-on experience with Mazak Integrex or equivalent, G-code and Mazatrol proficiency, and

• Proficiency with G-code and Mazatrol.
• Ability to program and set up CNC machines from engineering prints and instructions.
• Proficiency running live-tooling CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

What your day looks likeYou arrive to a clean, fast-paced shop floor where you’ll take a raw billet and, using a Mazak Integrex (or comparable mill/turn center), transform it into a flight-critical component. You’ll load programs, verify toolpaths, set up workholding, and run live-tooling operations to machine precision features in a single setup.
