Job summary

TekPro, partnering with a top aerospace machine shop, is hiring a CNC machinist in Roselle, IL. You will own CNC mill or lathe setups, translate blueprints into repeatable results, and hold tight tolerances to production standards.

Candidates should have proven milling and turning experience with aerospace materials, solid metrology skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining throughput on first or second shift.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC experience in milling and/or turning.
• Experience machining aerospace materials (aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel).
• Fluency in tooling strategy, cutting parameters and metrology.
• Ability to work independently while delivering consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Own CNC mill or lathe setups and operation for production runs.
• Translate GD&T and blueprints into reliable, repeatable results.
• Hold exacting tolerances and document in-process inspections.
• Apply tool offsets and minor program edits to improve performance.
• Hit quality targets while sustaining throughput.
